I am a counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals and couples in Swindon, Wiltshire and Nailsworth, Stroud, Gloucestershire. I am a member of and accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Counselling and psychotherapy can be helpful for a wide range of issues and difficulties (for eg. anxiety, trauma, low self confidence and low self esteem) and the process involved is short or long term depending on what you feel you need. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential environment in which to explore whatever it is you bring.
The locations from which I work in Swindon and Nailsworth, Stroud are quiet and discreet.
