My name is Katherine Liston - welcome to my website. My intention with this website is to provide you with an introduction as to how counselling can help together with some information about my background and the way I work. Initial concerns for you may be: 'Can I work with this person?' or 'What happens if I don't feel comfortable?'
It is essential that you feel comfortable working with me and the first session is an opportunity to find out how you feel and whether counselling is right for you - there is no obligation to continue beyond this first session. We can talk about your expectations and what you would like to achieve through counselling. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions.
